SurePro Painting assigns a project manager to each job, no matter how large or small. This manager is available to address any concerns you may have about your project, and you will be able to call, text, or email them with any questions.

They will visit the jobsite at least once every day to bring supplies, check on progress, and inspect the quality of the work being done. They will be there to go over the scope of the job when the project starts, and again at the end for a walkthrough of a completed project.

SurePro Painting prefers the high quality products from Sherwin-Williams. Our most popular interior and exterior paint is called Superpaint. We also use and recommend products from Kelley Moore, Behr, PPG, and others. We are also happy to use any brand and type of paint that is preferred by the customer.

SurePro Painting is fully insured, and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. Special projects and commercial jobs that require additional named insured (such as a landlord) can also be accommodated.

First, make a list of all the work you want done for each room being as thorough as possible. This is a good time to think about the paint colors, sheens, etc.

While it can vary significantly depending on the scope of the job(s), most onsite estimates will take approximately 60 minutes for the walkthrough and visual inspection.

Customers will receive their job proposal and estimate within 24 hours of the estimate walkthrough, though we strive to get most estimates out the same day. Proposals are sent to customers electronically through email, though we also provide written estimates if customers prefer.

To accept your electronic proposal, scroll to the top and click the “Accepted” button to accept the job proposal and estimate. If your proposal includes separate “optional” jobs, select these first by clicking the +Add button link for each job you want completed before clicking the “Accepted” button. You may also print and sign the proposal and return to us. Once the proposal is accepted by the customer, your job can then be scheduled.

Yes, SurePro Painting requires a 25% down payment before scheduling and starting any job. The remaining balance will be due after completion of the job. Once a proposal is accepted, an invoice for the deposit will be emailed to the customer. From this e-invoice, you will have the option to pay online using a credit card or checking account. We are also happy to come by in person if the customer wishes to pay by cash or physical check.

Yes… it is the 21st century after all! SurePro Painting accepts most major credit cards through our convenient and secure online billing system. Customers will also have the option to pay online using a bank account such as a personal checking accounts. We are also happy to arrange to come by to pick up checks in person. All NSF checks incur a $50 penalty.

While SurePro Painting will treat your house or business with the utmost care, we ask that you move fragile, breakable, or valuable items that may be in the job area – for example, artwork, pictures, glassware, and electronic devices-when possible.

Pictures and wall hangers should be removed from any walls that will be painted. Furniture should be moved away from walls and into center of the room. SurePro Painting can also move these items for a nominal fee.

Cut back any shrubs or trees touching the house or that would hinder the painters from being able to get close to the house in order to paint. Pull any outdoor furniture, plants, bbq grills away from the house.

All items should be removed from the rooms scheduled for popcorn removal, including furniture, wall hangings, etc.

SurePro Painting takes great pride in treating your home or business like our own. Our painters cover all floors, furniture, and belongings with plastic, drop clothes, masking paper and tape, and use great care during the job process.

Yes. While you are at work or running errands, our crew will be busy prepping and painting your home. If you don’t plan an being there when we arrive or leave, just make sure to give us any important instructions, keys, or access codes that we might need to access the project area or lock it again when we are done.

Yes, our painting contractor can help with color and sheen selection and allow customers to make the final decision. We also have colorbooks from major paint suppliers with thousands of color samples to look at.
